Conference Registration

We’re so glad you’re planning to attend!

Conference attendance is open to all members of the Bloom syndrome community. All in-person and virtual attendees, including children, must register individually for the conference in order to participate in its activities.

Please note: Conference registration does not reserve your hotel guest room. Please visit Hotel, Meals & Childcare for information about making hotel reservations.

For in-person attendees, registration provides admission to all conference sessions and activities, and includes food and services provided during the conference. Attendees are responsible for their own travel and hotel expenses, including parking. Travel grants can be requested by those who need financial assistance in order to attend the conference in-person, subject to the availability of funds.

For virtual attendees, registration provides live access to selected conference sessions via Zoom. Some of these sessions will also be recorded. Please refer to the Conference Program for additional information about virtual participation.

Registration must be completed for each member of a family or group by an adult “primary registrant.” The primary registrant should complete their registration first, then, if applicable, register additional attendees in their family/group. Having information for each attendee helps us plan conference food and services, and will be used to create conference badges for in-person attendees.

Please register as soon as you know you’re going to attend, virtually or in-person. Registration will close on July 1, 2024.

In-Person Registration includes:

  • All conference sessions and activities
  • Friday night welcome reception
  • Saturday night group dinner
  • Saturday night young adult get-together
  • Saturday night kids’ movies
  • Lunch on Saturday and Sunday
  • Break refreshments during the conference
  • Childcare services

Note: A daily complimentary breakfast is included with your guest room at the Steigenberger Airport Hotel.
